Shift Time: 1pm to 10pm

Mentor Match is a personalized learning platform connecting students with expert tutors for tailored 1-on-1 live sessions. We aim to empower students and ensure seamless experiences for parents and tutors.


Position Overview:


We are seeking a motivated and organized Operations Executive to join our dynamic team.


Key Responsibilities:


● End-to-End Execution: Organize and manage the entire process of trial classes on our platform, from scheduling to follow-up.

● Client Engagement: Ensure clients scheduled for trial classes attend and actively participate in the demo sessions.

● Collaboration: Work closely with our sales team to understand their requirements and contribute to new client acquisition efforts.

● Process Improvement: Continuously analyze and enhance the trial class execution process for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

● Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to trial classes and client engagement to provide insights for improvement.

● Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with both clients and internal teams.
