The Client Coordination Manager - R&M and Fitout is responsible for managing all aspects of client communication and coordination related to repair and maintenance (R&M) and fitout projects. This role involves acting as the primary liaison between the company and clients, ensuring client needs and expectations are met, overseeing project execution, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality services on time and within budget. The Client Coordination Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. *Client Relationship Management:*
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding R&M and fitout projects, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Understand client needs and requirements, and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with services provided and fostering long-term partnerships.
2. *Project Coordination:*
- Coordinate with internal teams, including project managers, engineers, designers, and subcontractors, to ensure projects are executed according to client specifications and timelines.
- Facilitate regular meetings with clients to provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and adjust plans as needed.
- Ensure all project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports, is accurate and up to date.
3. *Quality Assurance and Control:*
- Monitor project execution to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that R&M and fitout work is performed according to specifications and industry standards.
- Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during project execution, working closely with internal teams and clients to resolve them promptly.
4. *Budget and Schedule Management:*
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that all costs are tracked and projects are completed within financial constraints.
- Oversee project schedules to ensure timely delivery, adjusting plans as necessary to accommodate changes or delays.
5. *Risk Management and Problem Solving:*
- Identify potential risks related to R&M and fitout projects and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Proactively address any client concerns or issues that arise, ensuring a positive client experience and successful project outcomes.
Salary: 40-70k CTC/month
