We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Coordinator to join our team. As a Client Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication between our clients and internal teams. Your exceptional organizational skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our client relationships and project management efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining open lines of communication to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and project management to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and properly executed.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, guiding them through necessary documentation, contracts, and initial project setup.
- Actively listen to clients' feedback and inquiries, addressing them promptly and professionally to build and maintain strong rapport.
- Prepare and deliver regular status updates and progress reports to clients, keeping them informed about ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Assist in the development of project timelines and milestones, ensuring all parties are aligned and expectations are managed effectively.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients, working closely with the sales team to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Manage client-related documentation and records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained in the company's system.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and presentations between clients and company representatives.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely invoicing, payment processing, and resolution of billing discrepancies.
- Proactively monitor client satisfaction levels and address any issues or concerns that may arise in a timely and efficient manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, customer service, or account management, preferably in a relevant industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and address challenges proactively.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Adaptability to evolving situations and a fast-paced work environment.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
