Superfone is India's 1st Business Phone Number built to help SMBs manage their customer interactions better and grow their business. Apart from enabling communication, Superfone aims to enable the business growth of SMBs by providing integrated business software via the phone platform.


This is a full-time role located in Bengaluru.


Responsibilities:


Content Strategy Development:

  • Develop a comprehensive content marketing strategy for Superfone to drive demand
  • Tailor content to meet the needs and preferences of the target audience


Content Creation:

  • Write, edit, and produce high-quality content across various formats, including blog posts, social media posts, videos, web pages, case studies, and infographics
  • Ensure all content is optimised for SEO and follows best practices.


Content Distribution:

  • Plan and execute content distribution strategies across multiple channels, including the company website, email newsletters, social media platforms (Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube & Facebook), and third-party publications.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of content campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.


Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer support, to gather insights and create content that supports overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with external partners, such as influencers and industry experts, to expand content reach and credibility.


Metrics and Reporting:

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to content marketing efforts, such as engagement rates, lead generation, and conversion rates
  • Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and improve results.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva etc).
  • Experience with video production and editing.
  • Knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Understanding of customer journey mapping and buyer personas.
