Job Summary

MBA and 4-5 years experience in the Marketing Discipline.

Prior experience in ecommerce will be highly preferred.


What do we want from you?

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth across all our business verticals. The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand image of YO Fruits and expanding our market presence.


  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns to promote YO Fruits’ products and services across retail, e-commerce, and B2B channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, consumer trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including digital content, social media, email campaigns, and print collateral.
  • Manage and optimize YO Fruits’ online presence, including website, social media platforms, and SEO/SEM efforts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional activities, sales tools, and customer loyalty programs.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure the successful execution of marketing projects.
  • Plan and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
