Role Description
We're on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Manager who has a passion for advertising and branding. You will be assigned to supercharge our clients’ online presence and lead our marketing team to new heights. With your 5 years of experience, you'll be the mastermind behind campaigns that drive results, engage audiences, and elevate brands.
Key Responsibilities -
•       LinkedIn and Google Ads, Lead Generation with Google and across all Social Media Platforms
•        Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence and drive customer engagement.
•       Oversee and manage SEO, SMO and influencer marketing initiatives.
•       Conduct market research to identify consumer insights and competitive positioning.
•       Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
•       Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights for optimization.
•       Build and maintain relationships with influencers, media partners, and other key stakeholders.
•       Maintain and update brand guidelines to ensure consistency in all marketing materials.
•       Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional media.
•       Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
•       Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
•       Knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices.
•       Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
•       Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications -
• Master’s degree in Marketing, Certified Digital Marketer, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in brand management or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of running successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms for campaign management and performance tracking.
