Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by converting leads and establishing lasting client relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create sales materials and presentations.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, with regular reporting and updates.
  • Sales strategy development: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies and set achievable goals.
  •  Client engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  •  Proposal and quote preparation: Develop detailed proposals and quotes tailored to client needs.
  •  Sales process management: Utilize specific sales software to streamline the sales process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  •  CRM data management: Update and manage customer relationship management data to track sales activities and client interactions.
  •  Target achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
  •  Team collaboration: Participate in team meetings actively and share insights and strategies to enhance overall sales performance.

 

 

Qualifications

  • 5 years+ experience in sales and business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a pre-sales or business development role is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
