Role and Responsibilities:

  • The person will be responsible in managing the entire lifecycle of a product from strategy to concept to commercialization. Which includes formulation, cross-functional work, product innovation, strategy, forecasting, and more.
  • Manage project management & networks for new launches.
  • Work with extended stakeholders like packaging vendors & contract manufacturers on product commercialization.
  • Develop launch plan and networks with marketing team.
  • Keep up with market trends, consumer preferences to drive new product innovation.


Experience Required:

  • Experience in FMCG sales across both GT & MT channels.
  • Experience in personal care categories preferred.
  • Experience in NPD is clear plus for the role.
  • Self-starter who is willing to get their hands dirty.
  • Hungry for disproportionate growth.

  • Revenue from NPD Projects.
  • On-Time project delivery.
  • Product quality rating & feedback.
