Job Title: Ad Operations Coordinator


Job Description:

We are looking for an Ad Operations Coordinator with 3-4 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for coordinating campaign briefs and requirements between internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong communication skills, and be proficient in reporting and data analysis, especially in Excel. Should be able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and have a keen eye for detail.


Key Responsibilities:

● Act as the main point of contact between internal teams to ensure smooth execution of digital advertising campaigns.

● Coordinate and review the campaign briefs, ensuring all requirements are clearly communicated and understood by the relevant teams.

● Support the execution of digital campaigns, ensuring all assets and deliverables are in place and meet client specifications.

● Track and monitor the progress of campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.

● Generate and maintain reports on campaign performance, leveraging Excel for data analysis and presentation.

● Assist with troubleshooting and resolving any operational issues that arise during campaign execution.

● Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all campaign details are up-to-date and accessible to stakeholders.

● Collaborate with teams to ensure campaign performance metrics are accurately tracked and reported.


Qualifications:

● 3-4 years of experience in a digital advertising or ad operations-related role, with a focus on coordinating campaign briefs and execution.

● Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise between different teams and ensure clarity in campaign requirements.

● Proficient in Excel, with the ability to create reports, analyze data, and provide insights on campaign performance.

● Experience with reporting tools and knowledge of digital advertising performance metrics.

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

● A quick learner who can adapt to new tools and processes quickly.


Preferred Skills:

● Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and campaign management tools.

● Knowledge of reporting tools and analytics platforms.

● Ad tech domain knowledge is advantageous.
