Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi, for a Head of Marketing at EGA Ayurveda. We are looking for a dynamic marketing leader with a proven track record in marketing strategy, digital marketing, brand management and team leadership. The Head of Marketing will lead charge for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive growth, increase brand awareness, maximize revenue and lead a marketing team. This role will require strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, internal and external.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Should have prior experience in a D2C brand for at least 3-4 years.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of the Ayurvedic industry is a plus
- Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that drive business growth and online brand presence.
- Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
2. Brand and Portfolio Management:
- Oversee the development and execution of branding and product portfolio initiatives to strengthen the company's brand presence. This will include product, packaging, pricing actions in collaboration with functional team members.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
- Manage existing brand guidelines and further strengthen to maintain a cohesive brand identity.
3. Digital Marketing:
- Lead all digital marketing efforts. Will be the authority to sign off on all final creatives. Ensure teams, internal and external, deliver agreed campaigns on time and in full for performance marketing, email marketing, social media, community and content marketing.
- Optimize digital channels to improve customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
- Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
4. Campaign Leader:
- Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
- Coordinate with the marketing teams to help them develop and deliver compelling marketing collateral and advertisements.
- Analyse campaign performance data and adjust strategies to optimize results.
5. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and behaviours.
- Utilize data analytics to make informed marketing decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Provide insights and recommendations to teams based on market research findings to help them.
6. Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Manage team performance through regular feedback, performance reviews, and professional development opportunities.
7. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Monitor expenditures and P&L for the company
