Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Head of Digital Marketing

to lead and execute our comprehensive digital strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our clients’ brands and services. You will oversee the digital marketing team, manage budgets, optimize digital channels, and ensure measurable performance that aligns with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

Develop and implement strategic digital marketing plans across multiple channels.Lead and mentor the digital marketing team in executing campaigns.Manage budgets and maximize ROI on all digital initiatives.Analyze and report performance metrics to optimize strategies.Collaborate with creative and development teams for seamless execution.Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand visibility.

Qualifications

Proven experience (8+ years) in digital marketing and strategy development.Expertise in SEO, SEM, Web Development, Social Media Marketing, and performance marketing.Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) and digital trends.Leadership skills with the ability to drive results.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
