We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Human Resources team. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of hiring best practices, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1.      Talent Sourcing & Attraction:

 Proactively source, identify, and engage with potential candidates using various recruitment channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.).

 

2.      Screening & Interviewing:

 Conduct initial phone screens and face-to-face interviews, assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.

 

3.      End-to-End Recruitment Management:

 Manage the full recruitment cycle from creating job descriptions to onboarding new hires. Ensure all stages of the hiring process are executed smoothly and efficiently.

 

4.      Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

 Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure that job requirements and expectations are clearly communicated and met.

 

5.      Offer Negotiation & Closing:

  Extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages when necessary, and ensure smooth coordination of the onboarding process.

 

6.      Data Management & Reporting:

 Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and provide timely reports to the HR leadership on hiring progress, metrics, and challenges.

 

7.      Candidate Experience:

 Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process by providing clear communication, feedback, and updates.

 

 

Educational Background:

 Any Bachelor’s degree, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

 

Experience:

 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar HR role.

 

Skills:

 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

 - Ability to work independently and collaboratively 

 - Proficiency in recruitment tools

 - Excellent organizational and time-management skills 

 - High attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset 

 - Strong negotiation and closing abilities
