**Job Description:**

As a Business Development Executive at Ignitic Ideas Pvt. Ltd., you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, responsible for identifying, prospecting, and securing new business opportunities. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong blend of sales acumen, communication skills, and strategic thinking to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.


**Responsibilities:**

1. **Prospecting and Lead Generation:**

  - Identify and research potential clients and industries to target.

  - Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods.

  - Utilize online platforms and tools to identify and connect with potential clients.


2. **Client Relationship Management:**

  - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

  - Understand client needs and objectives to effectively articulate our services and solutions.

  - Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to clients.


3. **Sales Strategy and Execution:**

  - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

  - Create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client requirements.

  - Negotiate terms and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.


4. **Market Research and Analysis:**

  - Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

  - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.

  - Provide feedback to the management team on market insights and client feedback.


5. **Collaboration and Teamwork:**

  - Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives.

  - Collaborate with colleagues to leverage resources and expertise in delivering solutions to clients.


**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

- Willingness to travel as needed.
