Position : Human Resources Manager

Qualification : MBA will be Preferred

Experience :   6 to 8 years of experience in the Human Resource Management.

Location : Pune


Job Description :


  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Assess current HR policies and procedures and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process.
  • Proficient understanding and application of labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance to managers on setting performance goals and conducting performance reviews.
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant training programs.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentives, and employee benefits.
  • Oversee HR administrative tasks, including record-keeping, payroll processing, and HRIS management.
  • Prepare reports and analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and best practices.
  • Work with legal counsel as needed to address HR-related legal matters.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and morale.
  • Organise employee events and recognition programs to celebrate achievements and milestones.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.


Key Skills required:-


  • A Master's degree in human resources (MBA, PGDM), or a related field, is a mandatory requirement.
  • Minimum of 3 Years of proven experience in HR management roles, preferably in diverse industries or organisations of similar scale and complexity.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully leading HR initiatives, managing teams, and driving organizational change.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of relevant HR software and tools.
