Role Overview:-
As the Human Resources Training Development Manager at IgniteAndRise, you will be instrumental in identifying training needs, developing and implementing training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness. Your goal will be to enhance employee performance and satisfaction through targeted development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:-
🔍 Training Needs Analysis: Assess training needs across the organization through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.
📚 Program Development: Design and develop comprehensive training programs that address identified needs and align with company goals.
🧑‍🏫 Training Delivery: Conduct engaging training sessions and workshops for employees, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
📈 Program Evaluation: Measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and make recommendations for improvements.
📅 Training Calendar Management: Create and manage a training calendar to ensure timely and relevant training opportunities for all employees.
🔧 Content Development: Develop training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and presentations, that meet the needs of various learning styles.
🤝 Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and managers to identify specific training needs and customize programs accordingly.
💬 Employee Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees regarding training and development opportunities and career growth.
📊 Reporting: Prepare and present reports on training activities, program outcomes, and employee development progress to senior management.

Compensation Details:-
1. 📋 Please review the job description thoroughly.
2. 💼 The initial compensation will be variable for the first six months from the date of joining.
3. 💰 During this period, payment will be performance-based, with ₹5,000 awarded for each successful training program implementation.
4. 🗓️ Payments will be disbursed within 60 to 90 days.
5. 📈 After the initial six months, your compensation will transition to a fixed CTC, including a 10-40% increase based on performance and tenure.
