Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Reports to: Director
Job Location: Mumbai
Job Purpose:
The Area Sales Manager is bridges the gap between potential customers’ demands and the products/services offered by the organization and enables to obtain qualified leads and clients who add value to your business.
Job Description:
We are looking to hire an experienced Area Sales Manager to Generate new leads, Customer retention, Customer engagement, Business growth, Positive brand image, Tracking and Forecasting. This will help us to meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
To ensure success as an Area Sales Manager, candidate should have strong leadership and interpersonal skills, will be ready to build long-term relationships with Clients. A business background and mind is a must. Priority will be given to those with experience in our industry.
Ø Area Sales Manager Responsibilities:
· Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
· Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's reach.
· Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships.
· Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
· Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers
· Regularly attending sales meetings.
· Follow-up with clients for Payments.
· Achieving growth and hitting sales targets
· Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
· Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
· Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
· Promoting the organization and products.
· Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
· Regularly Scouting the project sites to obtain the information.
Ø Desired Candidate Profile:
· Bachelor’s Degree / MBA.
· Previous work experience “Metal Door Mfg Industry” for Minimum 5 to 6 years.
· Excellent Communication skill.
· Willing to travel.
· Strong analytical skills.
· Proficient in all Microsoft Office Application.
· Excellent Management, Leadership and Organizational Skills.
Ø Languages
· English.
· Hindi.
· Local languages are must.
