A Typical Day in Your Life:

In a day, you oversee a diverse team of Field Sales Executives (FSEs) and Team Leaders (TLs), ensuring their productivity and performance while also managing ERP systems. Your morning begins with strategic meetings, setting clear objectives and providing feedback to enhance team understanding and effectiveness. Throughout the day, you maintain regular communication with team members, addressing challenges and providing support as needed. Additionally, you focus on developing and implementing sales strategies, targeting specific sales numbers, and achieving weekly installation goals. Identifying and nurturing sales talent is also a priority, along with managing partner ratings and ensuring adherence to company processes and systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team comprising Field Sales Executives (FSE), Team Leaders (TL), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, addressing ground-level challenges to ensure productivity.
  • Assume responsibility and accountability for the productivity of all team members, conducting timely morning meetings and providing feedback to FSEs and TLs to enhance understanding and improve productivity.
  • Facilitate regular feedback sessions with FSEs and TLs to identify reasons for any performance gaps and work towards effective resolutions.
  • Coordinate meetings with ERPs to align sales strategies and ensure seamless integration with Excitel processes.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, including sales planning and targeting specific sales numbers, to drive growth and achieve targets.
  • Drive the productivity and success of Excitel Partners, both new and existing, by setting and achieving sales targets.
  • Focus on achieving weekly installation targets within the assigned territory while managing marketing and sales strategies effectively.
  • Identify and nurture potential sales talent to strengthen the sales team.
  • Ensure effective management of partner ratings and adherence to Excitel processes and systems.


Required Competencies:

  • Collaborating with team members, including FSEs, TLs, and ERPs, to ensure alignment with company objectives and enhance productivity.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies that adapt to evolving market dynamics and company processes, fostering agility and flexibility in achieving targets.
  • Managing the team and ERP systems to ensure smooth operations and productivity, setting clear objectives and providing feedback to enhance performance.
  • Identifying performance gaps and reasons for challenges through regular feedback sessions, analyzing data to drive continuous improvement in sales strategies and processes.
  • Nurturing sales talent within the team, providing feedback and support to enhance understanding and productivity, and identifying and nurturing potential sales talent to strengthen the team.
  • Facilitating regular feedback sessions with team members to address performance gaps and challenges, coordinating meetings with ERPs to align sales strategies effectively, and ensuring effective communication and adherence to company processes and systems.


Work Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in field sales and team handling roles, preferably within the same industry.
  • Must be a graduate, preferably holds an MBA degree.
