Ovyo is proud to be partnering with them to manage this recruitment drive and hire candidates directly to the client.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the QA team, offering support and guidance.
  • Develop and execute test plans, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
  • Oversee functional, regression, and performance testing efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality across the SDLC.
  • Improve QA processes and maintain compliance with industry standards.
  • Coordinate with external test teams and present test metrics to management


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or masters degree in computer science, or a related field
  • 10+ years of proven experience as a QA Lead or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Experience with test case creation, execution, and defect tracking
  • Experience in running test planning meetings
  • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
  • Extensive experience with Agile software development methodology and Azure DevOps
  • Certification in QA (e.g., ISTQB)

Bonus experience:

  • Continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is a plus
  • Experience with AI technologies and their application in quality assurance processes is a plus
  • Experience in the telecommunication field is highly desirable
  • Experience with Amdocs products
