As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Salesforce Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the successful implementation of Salesforce projects.

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, along with expertise in Salesforce platform implementation and customization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead end-to-end project management for Salesforce implementation projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  3. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against milestones and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, Salesforce administrators, developers, and external vendors, to ensure successful project delivery.
  5. Manage project communication and stakeholder engagement, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
  6. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions to gather requirements, define solutions, and drive decision-making.
  7. Work closely with Salesforce architects and developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure alignment with best practices.
  8. Conduct quality assurance and testing activities to validate system functionality and ensure successful deployment.
  9. Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  10. Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, tools, and methodologies, and contribute to the development of best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on Salesforce implementations and CRM solutions.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex Salesforce projects on time and within budget.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Project Manager are preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results.
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience, Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), and other Salesforce products and integrations is desirable.
