**Job Description**:
Responsibilities:
Leads technical strategy and design workshops to direct strategy and solution vision.
Judges the trade-offs with technology and feasibility and makes choices that fit the constraints of the project.
Serves as the technical expert on Rainmaker projects focused on Salesforce - Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and Commerce Cloud.
Deep knowledge of design patterns and data structures.
Designs and implements business technology solutions based on Salesforce.
Guides various aspects of project DevOps including sandbox strategy, metadata and data migration, environment comparisons and version control.
Works directly with clients, prospects and business development teams to understand and capture requirements, assist in creating tech proposals, create and lead technology solution, participates in business process analysis sessions, develops, and delivers key components of the technology solution design.
Provides mentoring and guidance to other team members, including offshore team members.
Dynamic with respect to adapting new technology areas within the Salesforce ecosystem
Mentor people in the engineering teams towards solution building as well as potentially creating associate architects in the long run.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business or equivalent combination of
5+ years of experience in hands-on Salesforce technical leadership position, 8+ years of experience highly preferred
3+ years of experience with Salesforce in a technical consulting capacity, 5+ years of experience highly preferred
Knowledge of Salesforce Development Best Practices
Excellent communication skills
Experience with Salesforce Integration Patterns, and experience with Integration Platforms
Experience with data migration tools and best practices preferred.
Multiple Salesforce Project deployments including release and environment management.
Experience with Agile or other iterative development methodologies
Three or more current Salesforce certifications (excluding Admin or Advanced Admin), with Platform Developer I required.
**Salesforce Certified Technical Architect preferred.

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
