Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the new global markets for the offered products/solutions and monitor the current global markets and prepare a business plan to identify & develop new opportunities for the products and achieve the Revenue targets.
  • Drive Export business to evaluate potential in International Markets by analysing the Market, Customer, Competition, and regulatory environment and deliver high quality Business Plan Reports and achieve the set targets.
  • Identify the vendors/agents in different geographies and onboard them for marketing our products/solutions
  • Work closely with Export Sales/Vendors/Agents in closing the business deals and supporting them on Product, Pricing, Marketing, and all necessary activities
  • Manage client input and feedback for all projects with detailed direction and timelines.
  • Establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders at all levels.
  • As necessary, visit clients, attend trade shows and industry events to capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunities.
  • Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships.
  • Ensure adherence to the Country Specific terms & conditions and rules & regulations. Update self & team with the delivery requirements, commercial terms, and payment terms.
  • Implement sales and distribution plans to meet customer requirements.
  • Execute marketing efforts and reaching regular sales targets by carrying out market research activity in chosen global markets.
  • Providing global Market intelligence and competitor activity repots to concerned higher authority.
  • Manage CRM, internal and external communications.
  • Branding and image building.
