Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (Meta Ads)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in running Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads and a proven ability to generate at least 4x revenue from ad spend. This role requires a strategic thinker who can create, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive growth and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Meta Ads Management: Plan, create, and manage high-performing ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to maximize ROI and achieve revenue targets.

* Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze ad performance using analytics tools to optimize campaigns and ensure they meet or exceed revenue goals.

* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target audience insights.

* A/B Testing: Conduct regular A/B tests to improve ad performance, including testing different ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.

* Budget Management: Efficiently manage the advertising budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources and maximum return on investment.

* Market Research: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.

* Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

* Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad content and with the sales team to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.

Qualifications:

* Proven track record of generating at least 4x revenue from Meta ads.

* Decent experience in digital marketing with a focus on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising.

* Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).

* Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.

* Proficiency in using Meta Ads Manager and other related platforms.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

* Experience with other digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.

* Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.

* Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
