Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Tele Sales Representative with 3+ years of experience in outbound sales and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, a deep understanding of tele-sales techniques, and a passion for driving business growth. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and converting opportunities into sales over the phone. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a target-driven environment, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:


• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, follow-up calls, and leveraging existing databases.

• Sales Conversations: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, present products/services effectively, and close sales.

• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and pricing to answer client inquiries and effectively pitch solutions.

• Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.

• Customer Support: Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and assist with any issues or inquiries.

• Market Feedback: Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends. Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in tele-sales, outbound sales, or inside sales, preferably in [industry, e.g., B2B/B2C, technology, insurance, etc.].

• Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of achieving sales quotas.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers. • Problem-Solving: Ability to understand customer needs, offer appropriate solutions, and handle objections effectively.

• CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to manage leads and sales activities.

• Goal-Oriented: Strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a drive for results.

• Time Management: Effective time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications:


• Experience in [specific industry, e.g., telecom, finance, healthcare].

• Multilingual abilities (optional, depending on the target market).

• Knowledge of sales automation tools and dialler systems
