Experience Range: 10+ Years

Work Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/ Chennai (WFH)

Skills Needed : RPA, Blue Prism

Key requirement:

  • 10+ years hands on and in leadership role in RPA (Blue prism).
  • 10+ years with process automation and optimization.
  • Experience conducting and documenting customer-driven requirements analysis.
  • Extensive RPA experience required (Blue Prism).
  • A working knowledge of agile software development methodology
  • Healthcare clinical knowledge and/or experience is a plus
  • Blue Prism experience mandatory.
  • Understanding business processes and having a strong optimization background

Job Description

  • Establish a center of excellence within the company building a core team to deliver value via Digital Automation
  • Work with business executives and stakeholders in other departments to develop roadmap, strategy, and deliver a scalable automation practice
  • Create best practices and frameworks, manage and grow the automation team, optimize processes and technology, and ensure a high availability of the automation platform
  • Define the short- and long-term strategies for the corporate automation and robotic center of excellence to ensure effective delivery of automation that meets current and future requirements
  • Conduct business process and requirements analysis and advise clients on key architectural decisions concerning the platform and the supporting technologies
  • Evaluate risks related to requirements management, business process definition, testing processes, internal controls, project communications, training, and organizational change management
  • Produce technical architecture, develop system requirements, identify resources, and estimate timelines for project completion
  • Develop new concepts and methodologies to improve people, procedures, and information technology solutions
  • Contribute to the design, development and testing of RPA processes
  • Work closely stakeholders internally to ensure alignment and coordination across teams as part of the seamless implementation of RPA processes
