RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Developer

Okta is looking for an outstanding candidate for the RPA Staff Developer role. Reporting to the Finance Transformation Director, you will support the Finance Automation Center of Excellence (COE) in automating manual processes using RPA tools. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with finance stakeholders, designing and developing Bots, and owning the end-to-end solution, among others.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with finance business partners to align automation solutions with objectives.
  • Create detailed design documents for automation processes.
  • Develop RPA solutions using tools like UiPath and Automation Anywhere with a focus on financial operations.
  • Conduct thorough testing of RPA bots in financial workflows.
  • Partner with Business Technology teams to deploy RPA solutions.
  • Maintain and monitor deployed financial RPA bots.
  • Create and update documentation for financial RPA solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful implementation of financial RPA solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to financial security and compliance standards.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize existing financial RPA processes.
  • Drive automation projects independently to completion.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in bot development focusing on financial processes.
  • Previous experience in finance support roles is advantageous.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, computer science, or related field (preferred).Certification in RPA tools, e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer.Strong programming skills in Python, C#, Java, or SQL.Proficiency in RPA tools like UiPath or Automation Anywhere.Familiarity with Alteryx workflows and financial software.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills.
