The Opportunity :

The role of Developer - Robotic Process Automation (RPA) will work as part of the team to design, develop, test and deploy automated solutions for business processes using Robotic Process Automation tool. This position is to cater to growing needs of our clients to automate their business processes using Robotic Process Automation and it requires niche skill working with automation tools.

We believe the following skills will help you be successful :

Technical Competencies :

Experience in an RPA tool such as Automation Anywhere (must have), UiPath, Blue Prism, OpenSpan, Work Fusion, etc.

Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform components, including PowerApps and Power Automate will be a plus.

Experience in Document Automation , AARI (Co pilot), Workload/Queue management , Control room setup, Infrastructure setup and License management for Automation Anywhere /UI Path

Solid business process flow analysis/design/documentation expertise

Understanding of system design principles, develop efficient solutions with a focus on scalability and reusability.

Knowledge of test automation tools desirable

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent troubleshooting & problem-solving skills with a technical mindset

Develop detailed, structured, transparent, and complete deliverables (e.g. automation documentation, user manuals & instructions etc)

Support UATs execution and solution deployment in multiple environments.

Support Operations after go-live, monitoring and measuring the solution effectiveness.

Revise and improve codes of existing solutions based on feedback from Support teams and business performing code optimization and identifying potential issues and defects and fixing the same.

Setup an environment (software installation, installation of related technologies)

Work with structured project plans, communicate any identified project risks and issues to the delivery manager accordingly and provide inputs to the change control process.

Professional Skills :

Flexible and adaptable to changing environments and shifting priorities

Excellent troubleshooting & problem-solving skills with a technical mindset

Experience :

Graduates in Computer Science with 3-8 years of experience in object-oriented programming (C#, C++, VB, .Net, Java, or Python preferred).

Prior hands-on experience working with Automation Anywhere (Must have), UiPath, Blue Prism, or OpenSpan, Power Automate is a plus

Solid understanding of relational databases and experience working with at least one RDMS (SQL Server, Oracle Database, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or Web Services/APIs (such as REST or SOAP)

Knowledge and exposure to IT Infrastructure, Network technologies (TCP/IP etc) and access management within :

Bachelors Degree, with technology, or equivalent education/experience in IT

Certification in relevant RPA technologies (must have)

This is what you will do :

Work under the direction of superiors to deliver Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to clients in both onsite and remote settings.

Understand a business process from a workflow diagram and conceptualize it as an automated solution.

Implement business process automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tool.

Develop Proof of Concept to demonstrate the tool capability for automation.

Design, build, test, deploy and maintain automated solutions meeting business requirements.

Develop the code adhering to solution design and architecture, quality standards, and best practices.

Prepare training documents for the end user and technical documentation with operational procedures to support solution transition for maintenance.

Provide advice and guidance in developing proposals and implementation plans by providing inputs on development effort required technical limitations and schedule.

Work within project schedule constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the Project Manager.
