Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all digital campaigns, including SEM, SMM, email, push, and SMS campaigns, to generate high-quality leads from ideation to media planning to optimization and performance analysis.
  2. Drive marketing programs that are highly targeted based on the content affinity of relevant segmented audience cohorts.
  3. Run ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc., with proper monitoring and analytics.
  4. Manage all efforts and goals for digital paid media: SEO, SEM, Display, Paid Social, App Install, Affiliate, Direct buys, etc.
  5. Establish processes for monitoring, measurement, and optimization through institutionalizing performance marketing metrics that correlate with business impact.
  6. Institute data-driven decision-making processes, regularly analyzing key performance metrics such as CTR, LPV%, CPA, Hook Rate, Engagement Rate, and ROI to fine-tune strategies and maximize ROI.
  7. Drive digital marketing efficiencies and reach through continuous communication testing (A/B), innovation using different platforms, and new products/formats, active co-creation and planning with Google/FB/others as partners.
  8. Capable of doing RCA independently and identifying issues & trends across campaigns and various performance channels.
  9. Actively research the latest and best practices in performance marketing and update management with the same.


Requirements:

  1. 2+ years of experience with lead generation in performance marketing, programmatic advertising, and digital campaign management.
  2. Experience in handling large-scale campaign planning, optimization for both performance and brand impact.
  3. Thorough understanding and hands-on experience of Bid Optimizers, RTB, DSPs, Ad Exchanges, DMPs, Audience targeting/segmentation, Web Analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Matomo, Appsflyer, etc.
  4. Varied industry exposure in running PPC, Affiliates, and Display campaigns focusing on lead generation, e-commerce conversions, and branding.
  5. Logically sound, a hustler, and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced growth-oriented environment.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Healthy business intellect to churn out faster and sustainable profits.
  8. Tenacity and a sense of urgency; ability to make things happen quickly with large, less nimble partners and/or teams.
