Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Site Engineer at GR Constructions Bangalore located in Bengaluru. The Senior Site Engineer will be responsible for on-site coordination, quality control, structural engineering, and communication with civil engineers. Some remote work is acceptable for this position.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in civil
  • Minimum Experience 5-6 years
  • Knowledge in autocad/ERP/Survey dwgs
  • On Site coordination and Quality Control skills
  • Project Planning
  • Labours/subcontractor billing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Should have good knowledge in Word, Excel, power point and AutoCAD

• Setting out the works in accordance with the drawings and specification

• Should have good experience in independent Residential Building/Apartment/Villas construction

• Should have experience in high end flats, villas or independent houses.

• Should have good experience in finishing work like tiling, flooring, painting & marble works etc.

• Should have good experience in residential construction from beginning till interior hand over of the building.

• To coordinate with contractors to maintain and improve the speed of work

• To check on the quality and accuracy of the work

• To estimate quantities of materials required at the site

  • To prepare necessary R.A bills, cash bills, final bills as per the work stage
  • Should preparae daily work reports & labour report
  • Should prepare material reconciliation on daily basis
  • Should prepare checklist for individual works
