Position Title: Account Manager

Location: Mumbai

Reports To: Managing Director


Job Overview


As an Account Manager specializing in Real Estate/Hospitality, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients. With at least 6 years of experience in account management/client facing roles, you will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by ensuring that clients derive maximum value from our products and services.


Key Responsibilities


  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional features or services to existing clients, contributing to revenue growth.
  • Onboarding and Training: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to effectively utilize our AV solutions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor client usage patterns and system performance to proactively identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Issue Resolution: Address client inquiries and resolve any issues that arise in a timely manner, coordinating with internal teams as necessary.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop strategic plans that align their business goals with our solutions, ensuring ongoing success.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on account status, including usage metrics, renewal timelines, and feedback on product performance.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, product development, and customer support teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations exceeded.


Required Skills and Qualifications


  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years in account management or related customer-facing roles within the Facilities Management/Hospitality industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present information clearly and persuasively to various audiences.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess client needs and usage data, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven track record of effectively resolving client issues while maintaining a positive relationship.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in account management.
