Job Description

As an Assistant Technical Sales Engineer, you will be the key link between our advanced technical solutions and our valued clients. Your role will encompass a variety of exciting and challenging responsibilities, including:

  • Identifying and establishing new business opportunities: Drive growth by discovering potential clients and showcasing the value of our solutions.
  • Delivering compelling demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations: Help clients understand and utilize our products/services effectively.
  • Liaising with existing clients: Maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Preparing tenders, proposals, and quotations: Develop competitive and accurate documentation to secure new contracts.
  • Providing pre-sales and post-sales support: Ensure clients receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey.
  • Negotiating contracts, terms, and conditions: Close deals with favorable terms that benefit both the client and our company.
  • Reviewing cost and sales performance: Analyze data to improve strategies and performance.
  • Writing reports and sales literature: Communicate effectively through well-crafted documentation.
  • Supporting and training the sales team: Share your knowledge and expertise to help colleagues excel.
  • Meeting sales targets: Drive results and contribute to the success of our team.
