Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies focused on the real estate and property development sectors. Achieve sales targets and increase market share through direct engagement with brokers and clients.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet their individual sales targets. Foster a collaborative team environment to drive high performance.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Secure and manage key clients, ensuring strong ongoing relationships and high levels of client satisfaction. Serve as the main point of contact between brokers, clients, and our design team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless communication from initial contact through to project completion. Ensure that the client’s vision and needs are effectively communicated and realized by the design team.
- Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities for growth, including untapped markets or services that could be expanded within the interior design field. Contribute to the company’s broader growth strategy.
- Sales Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to senior management. Adjust strategies as necessary to improve results and capitalize on market conditions.
- Product & Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date with interior design trends, new products, and the real estate market. Regularly attend industry events, broker meetings, and networking functions to maintain and grow your contact base.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations with clients and brokers, ensuring that agreements are favorable for the company while meeting client expectations. Effectively close deals to meet revenue targets.
- Leverage Broker Relationships: Utilize your existing network of real estate brokers, property developers, and other industry professionals to generate leads and new business opportunities. Build and nurture strong relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on working with real estate brokers or within the interior design, real estate, or related industries.
- Extensive network of broker contacts and proven ability to generate business through these relationships.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing and mentoring a sales team.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales tracking tools, and MS Office Suite.
