We thrive on innovation and precision, delivering solutions that empower researchers and clinicians globally.We are looking for a Sales expert to help drive customer development and take marketing leads to closure through an organized, disciplined, and persistent approach.Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead Conversion: Follow up on marketing-generated leads to set up appointments, deliver compelling pitches, and close sales effectively.
  • Cold Calling & Appointment Setting: Actively engage with prospects to generate leads and book meetings.
  • Customer Development: Build strong relationships with customers to identify opportunities for new sales and repeat business.
  • Thorough Follow-Up: Stay in consistent communication with prospects and customers to guide them through the sales funnel.
  • Sales Execution: Convert technical demos and marketing pitches into successful deals by addressing customer needs and objections.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment in messaging and strategy, attending initial pitch meetings when required.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Market Feedback: Provide valuable insights to the marketing and product teams to enhance offerings and strategy.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience:
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in life sciences, biotech, or laboratory automation.
  • Experience in sales roles in any of the following parallel verticals is a strong advantage:
  • Medical Devices and Diagnostics: Selling lab equipment, diagnostic kits, or instruments to clinical labs and hospitals.
  • Laboratory Equipment and Consumables: Selling instruments or consumables like pipettes, reagents, or plasticware.
  • Biotech/Pharma Sales: Engaging with researchers and labs on technical products or solutions.
  • Scientific Software and Services: Selling SaaS tools like LIMS or electronic lab notebooks to research centers or labs.
  • Industrial Automation and Robotics: Selling automation tools such as liquid handlers or robotic workflows.
  • Healthcare IT and Digital Solutions: Engaging with customers on hospital or lab software platforms.
  • Chemicals and Reagents Sales: Selling research chemicals, reagents, or assays to labs or CROs.
  • Capital Equipment Sales: Selling high-value, long-cycle capital equipment to institutions.
  • Enterprise B2B SaaS Sales: Bringing a strong sales discipline and persistence from selling complex software products.
  • Sales Skills: A natural closer with a strong ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and secure commitments.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with understanding and explaining technical products; support will be provided for in-depth product training.
  • Organization & Persistence: Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and persistent in follow-ups.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts and value propositions.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM software to track leads and manage sales pipelines.
