  • Lead the overall operations of the dairy plant, ensuring optimal production, product quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies for improving productivity, reducing costs, and enhancing profitability.
  • Oversee production planning, inventory management, and logistics to ensure seamless product supply to the market.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations and standards.
  • Manage and develop a diverse team, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and meet organizational goals.

*Qualifications:*
