Job Summary:
The Team Leader - Tele callers are responsible for leading and supervising a team of tele callers to achieve sales targets, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure the team's overall productivity and performance. The team leader plays a crucial role in commercial Real estate property motivating, training, and guiding the team members to meet and exceed goals.

**Responsibilities**:
Lead and manage a team of tele callers, providing day-to-day supervision, coaching, and support to ensure individual and team performance targets are met.

Set clear sales targets, objectives, and KPIs for the team and monitor progress towards goals. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate targets, provide updates, and share best practices. Train new team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.

Monitor and evaluate tele callers' performance, providing regular feedback, conducting performance reviews, and addressing performance issues.

Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to improve sales skills, customer interactions, and overall performance.

Handle escalated customer queries or complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.

Monitor call quality and adherence to scripts and guidelines to maintain service standards.

Analyze sales data, team performance metrics, and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhancing sales results.

Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to align efforts and achieve organizational objectives.

Foster a positive and motivating work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to effectively guide the team.

Prepare reports on team performance, sales activities, and other relevant metrics for management review.

Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing team efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)

Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor in a tele calling or sales environment Strong sales and customer service skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members Analytical and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines Result-oriented with a focus on achieving targets Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies They should have Experience and Knowledge of CRM software, IVR and Telephony System
