**Job Title**: Dealer Sales Executive/ CRE/ TelleCaller
**Department**: Sales
**Location**: HQ - Surat
**Job Summary**: As a Dealer Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with dealers, ensuring timely material dispatch, conducting product catalogue reviews, following up on payments, coordinating product launches, managing dead stock in the warehouse, facilitating replacements, and engaging in various CRM activities. Additionally, the role involves celebrating special occasions with customers/dealers to strengthen partnerships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Material Dispatch**:
- Coordinate and ensure timely dispatch of materials to dealers.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to streamline the delivery process.
**Catalogue Gothrough**:
- Conduct thorough reviews of product catalogues with dealers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Address queries and provide clarifications regarding product specifications.
**Payment Follow-ups**:
- Regularly follow up with dealers to ensure timely payments.
- Resolve any payment discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
**Product New Launch**:
- Coordinate the launch of new products with dealers, ensuring effective communication and understanding of features.
- Provide training and promotional materials to support the launch.
**TOD (Turnover Days) Management**:
- Monitor and optimize turnover days to maintain an efficient stock rotation.
- Work with dealers to minimize excess stock and improve inventory turnover.
**Dead Stock in Warehouse**:
- Identify and manage dead stock in the warehouse, implementing strategies for clearance.
- Analyze reasons for dead stock and recommend improvements to inventory management.
**Replacement Product Reconciliation**:
- Facilitate the reconciliation of replacement products with dealers.
- Ensure that replacement processes are efficient and meet customer satisfaction.
**Customers/Dealers Special Days Celebration**:
- Plan and execute celebrations for special occasions with customers/dealers.
- Foster a positive and celebratory atmosphere to strengthen relationships.
**CRM Activities**:
- Implement CRM activities to track and analyze dealer interactions.
- Use CRM data to enhance customer satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in dealer sales or in calling department.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
