About the Role
We are looking for Senior Delivery Manager for our IT services business. In this high impact role you will lead a team of Project Managers and be responsible for overall health & growth of accounts and successful delivery of projects. You will find yourself partnering with leadership across the organization to achieve high levels of Customer Satisfaction, Revenue & Profitability Growth, Tech Excellence and Employee engagement. You will work with international customers across a wide spectrum of industries and technologies. What You'll Be Doing (i.e., Job Responsibilities)
- Lead a team of Project Managers and guide them for successful day to day delivery of projects.
- Plan and conduct Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with customers & delivery teams.
- Conduct periodic Project Health Reviews. Ensure high level of customer satisfaction, tech excellence, Quality and Speed of delivery. Handle & resolve all customer escalations.
- Achieve Revenue growth and Profitability targets. Build rapport and closely interact with key stakeholders of the customer to understand their business needs and pain areas.
- Create account-wise Annual Business Plan and collaborate with cross functional teams of Sales, Technology, Talent Acquisition, RMG, Employee engagement to achieve the same.
- Ensure high levels of employee engagement, learning and development and control attrition.
- Ensure successful sales to delivery handover and onboarding of new customers.
- Work closely with RMG and Talent acquisition team for demand forecast and fulfillment. Facilitate hiring of top talent and developing internal talent for existing and upcoming requirements.
What We Look For In You (i.e., Job Requirements)
- 12+ years of experience in Delivery in IT Industry. Exposure to US market is preferred.
- Exceptional Project Delivery & Project Management skills.
- Proven track record in leading, motivating and developing a high performing team of Project Managers.
- Expertise in overall Account Management from Project Delivery to Business Development.
- Expertise in stakeholder management and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills. Excellent at cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven data guided approach to decision making.
- Highly driven, self-motivated & result oriented. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Flexible, Open to new ideas & willing to adapt.
