About The Role:

As a Delivery Manager, you will help our product teams realize their product roadmap goals, by pairing with the Tribes' Product Manager and help identify and remove any risks & impediments.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Experience in delivering digital products and projects. Experience in Customer Loyalty is an add on.
  • Experience using a range of agile project management methods.
  • Experience in cross-functional teams.
  • Have managed/lead a team of 10-50 people and experience in handling multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating closely with product, engineering, and UX teams.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT industry with 4+ years of experience working with Agile teams as a Delivery Manager / Project Manager.
  • Education Bachelor/Master degree.
  • Proficient in the English language.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge and background of Agile methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to manage medium / large size Agile team.
  • Having some background or coursework in Computer Science.
  • Relevant experience in a product organization.
  • Certifications related to Agile, Project Management, Product Management,

Inter-personal skill, Leadership, etc will be valued.
