Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Social Media Specialist with a knack for converting Direct Messages (DMs) into qualified leads. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in social media marketing, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of leveraging social platforms to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • DM Engagement and Lead Conversion: Actively engage with followers, respond to DMs promptly, and convert inquiries into qualified leads by understanding their pain points and recommending solutions.
  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to attract, nurture, and engage our target audience.
  • Content Creation & Curation: Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality posts, reels, and stories that align with the brand's tone and objectives.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve engagement rates and conversion from social interactions.
  • Community Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with followers, ensuring timely responses and fostering a supportive and engaging online community.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align social media activities with broader business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing and DM lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive edge.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for engaging content and storytelling.
  • Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads, email marketing, and WhatsApp marketing

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the health, wellness, or lifestyle industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of lead generation funnels and CRM systems.
