Role summary:

We are seeking a motivated and creative social media & Content Specialist to join our team in Gurgaon. The successful candidate will assist in developing and managing engaging content for our social media platforms while monitoring our digital presence. This role requires a hands-on approach to content creation, engagement tracking, and brand promotion.


Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop and manage engaging content for social media channels, ensuring alignment with Neo Tangent’s brand voice and strategy.
  • Social Media Management: Monitor and grow the company’s social media presence, engaging with the audience and responding to inquiries.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track engagement metrics, report on performance, and provide insights for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to enhance content effectiveness.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Open to applicants from all backgrounds.
  • Preferred background in media, communication, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and basic content creation tools.
  • Experience in using online editing tools (e.g., Canva) for content creation.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.


Preferred and Additional skills:

  • Previous experience with content creation or social media management is a plus.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and social media marketing strategies.
