This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic startup environments, communicates clearly, and enjoys turning ambiguity into action.What You’ll Do:Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitor moves, and whitespace.Support in creating and executing sales strategies to expand our client base; assist with pipelines, outreach, and follow-ups.Execute growth and marketing campaigns across online and offline channels; track performance and iterate.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Content, Product, Ops) to optimize business processes and unlock efficiencies.Coordinate with clients and partners to support project execution and ensure timely deliverables.Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for business growth, marketing, and partnerships.What We’re Looking For:3rd or final year undergraduate students preferred.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to take initiative and own end-to-end tasks with a bias for action and detail.Prior experience working with startups is an added advantage.A collaborative attitude and willingness to get things done in a fast-paced environment.Location: Green Park, New DelhiNotes: This is an in-office internship for 6 months.
