The Founder's Office plays a critical role in enabling this scale.Role Overview:This role is part of the Founder's Office, working directly with the Founder(s) and senior leadership to drive high-impact strategic and executional initiatives across key business verticals including Supply Chain & Operations, Ecommerce & Marketplaces, Finance, Business Operations, Manufacturing and Customer Success)The role demands a rare blend of structured thinking, execution rigor, cross-functional influence, and founder-level ownership. The exact charter will be tailored based on the candidate’s background and business priorities.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Projects & Business Execution- Drive end-to-end execution of critical business initiatives identified by the Founders - Break down ambiguous problem statements into clear action plans, owners, and timelines - Track progress, unblock dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery across functions2. Cross-Functional Ownership (Multiple Verticals)Depending on alignment, the role may include deep ownership in one or more of the following:SCM / Operations- Support demand planning, inventory optimization, vendor performance tracking - Identify operational bottlenecks and drive efficiency improvementsEcommerce / Marketplaces- Track business performance across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, D2C website - Support pricing, promotions, catalog, and growth initiativesFinance / BizOps- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, unit economics, and cost optimization - Build MIS dashboards and performance trackers for leadership reviewsManufacturing- Work on manufacturing planning, capacity utilization, cost control, and quality metrics - Partner with factories and internal teams on yield, timelines, and complianceCustomer Success- Track post-purchase experience metrics (NPS, returns, complaints, TATs) - Drive cross-functional fixes for recurring CX issues and service gaps3. Founder & Leadership Support- Act as an extension of the Founder in internal reviews and cross-functional discussions - Prepare high-quality decks, business notes, and decision frameworks - Follow up on leadership decisions and ensure closure4.
