Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and driving business growth. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying potential clients, conducting market research, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. You will also collaborate with the internal team to develop tailored strategies for each client and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in business development and sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Experience in the ecommerce industry and familiarity with online marketplaces
  • Knowledge of marketplace pricing management, B2B order processing, online warehouse management, and process improvement
  • Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
