SVF Cinemas is one of the largest chains of movie theatres in the Eastern part of India that aims to revolutionize the cinematic experience, by continuously innovating and updating technology for local audiences and providing premium facilities, across 23 properties and 48 screens.


Role:

As Asst. Manager - HR for SVF Cinemas, you will be responsible for supporting essential HR functions across multiple locations, including recruitment, training, and compliance. Your role is key to ensuring our teams are well-supported and equipped to deliver outstanding service to our guests.


Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing: Oversee hiring for multiplex roles, ensuring we bring in the right talent for each unit.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement engagement initiatives to maintain a positive work culture aligned with our brand.
  • Training & Development: Lead training programs tailored to multiplex operations, supporting both customer service excellence and operational know-how.
  • Compliance & Policies: Ensure each location complies with labor laws and internal policies; update teams on relevant regulatory changes.
  • Performance Management: Guide performance evaluations and provide support to managers on employee feedback and development.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and foster positive relations within the team.
  • Data & Reporting: Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to management to support decision-making.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR role preferably in a relevant industry.
  • Understanding of relevant labor laws and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and people management skills.


This role may require travel across multiple locations to provide on-site support as needed.
