Job Title: Lead - User Experience Research (Design Thinking Facilitator)
Company: Global Finance Firm
Location: Gurugram
Experience: 10+ years in UX Research
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for user-centered design approaches.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative UX research to enhance product experiences.
- Facilitate complex workshops and design sprints using Design Thinking methodologies.
- Lead end-to-end workshops, synthesize data, and present insights through service blueprints.
- Define user journeys and 'Jobs to be done' to inform project deliverables.
- Collaborate with teams to translate stories into compelling business and product experiences.
- Create frameworks and artifacts to communicate concepts and business value effectively.
- Rapidly prototype ideas using digital prototyping tools.
- Present designs and rationale to product development teams and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in UX Research, including usability studies, interviews, surveys, etc.
- Proficient knowledge of user-centered design processes and UX best practices.
- Experience working with design systems and prototyping tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in both waterfall and agile project processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven storytelling abilities.
- Experience interpreting product requirements documents from a user-centered perspective.
- Familiarity with usability testing and collaboration with UX research teams.
- Understanding of project management and business process management concepts.
Additional Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to raise and address issues effectively.
