Position Overview:

Reporting to the Senior Manager Finance, executing day-to-day Accounts Receivable activities of GEDU (Global Education) services -India Business in a process oriented and disciplined manner. The role will also include responsibility for the accounting contribution for the shared services responsibility for GEDU India business. This role will be based in our Noida office.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Invoices to customers.
  • Posting the invoices raised in ERP.
  • Send invoices to customers.
  • Follow up with customers for timely collection.
  • Prepare AR summary.
  • Maintain AR ageing report.
  • E-invoicing of bills raised to customers on GST Portal.
  • Resolve queries/ doubts of customers.
  • Prepare customer account reconciliation.
  • Co-ordination among various departments.
  • Prepare TDS receivable reconciliation.


Qualifications:

  1. Hands-on experience on Invoice creation and posting in ERP/ Tally.
  2. Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
  3. Hands on experience in handling accounts receivable and timely receipts of payments.
  4. Experience in AR Ageing reports.
  5. Handled e-invoicing on GST Portal.
  6. Hands on experience in reconciling TDS receivables.
  7. Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  9. Already part of a similar setup either a BPO or Shared Service center.
  10. Minimum work experience of 4-5 years in an MNC setup.
  11. Person should have professional qualifications like MBA / CA -Inter / CWA Inter.
  12. Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional qualification – essential.
  13. Finance or accounting degree – desirable.
  14. Good Communication skills
  15. Professional email writing Skills
  16. Good presentation skills.
  17. Good in Microsoft Excel and MS-Word.
