We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion HRIS Specialist or Recruitment and Onboarding Systems Analyst to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to drive setup, changes, and configuration related to recruitment and onboarding processes within Oracle Fusion. Reporting to the Operation Manager of HRIS, the incumbent will collaborate with internal and global business partners to gather requirements, design complex integration solutions, and ensure alignment of business processes with system functionalities. The role involves providing techno-functional expertise, configuring system functionalities, enabling required reporting and analytics, resolving system-related issues, and maintaining data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide techno-functional expertise in the Recruit and Onboarding module of Oracle Fusion.
  • Configure and set up functionalities within the Oracle Fusion system.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and global business partners to gather requirements and design integration solutions.
  • Enable reporting capabilities to meet the needs of HR, staff, management, and other key stakeholders.
  • Partner with HR peers to resolve system-related issues.
  • Generate ad hoc reports and queries, including writing, maintaining, and supporting a variety of reports.
  • Ensure data integrity through regular audits of data and processes.
  • Understand functional HR processes within a regional and global scope.
  • Assist in configuring systems to support ongoing projects and enhancements.
  • Analyze business processes and provide guidance on technology enhancements and efficiencies.
  • Maintain the capabilities of current HR system platforms in alignment with business needs.
  • Drive end-to-end changes and support testing, UAT, and project migrations as required.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or related field.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-6 years of techno-functional experience in recruitment/onboarding in Oracle Fusion.
  • Expertise in recruitment and onboarding business processes.
  • Experience in Oracle SQL/PLSQL will be an added value.
  • Experience in data setup, handling, and multi-geo configuration.
  • Experience in setting up reports/analytics in respective modules.
  • Experience in the CORE HR module will be an added value.

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Certifications in Oracle Fusion HCM will be a plus.
