Senior Business Development Manager

We seek a highly experienced and motivated Senior Manager - Sales with a strong background in cybersecurity sales to lead our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions, proven expertise in selling to enterprise-level clients, and a track record of achieving significant revenue growth in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and drive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets in the cybersecurity services domain.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop opportunities across industries such as BFSI, IT, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and others.
- Align sales initiatives with the organization’s overall business objectives and market trends.
- Cybersecurity Sales Expertise Leverage in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity services, including VAPT, SOC implementation, ISO 27001, GDPR, CCPA compliance, phishing simulations, and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) solutions, to position offerings effectively.
- Lead solution-selling efforts by understanding client needs and mapping them to the company's cybersecurity portfolio.
- Client and Partner Engagement: Build, nurture, and expand relationships with C-level executives, IT heads, and decision-makers in target organizations.
- Identify and onboard strategic channel partners and alliances to expand the company’s market reach.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering tailored cybersecurity solutions that address specific pain points.
- Proposal Development and Sales Presentations Prepare compelling, customized proposals that effectively communicate the value of the company’s cybersecurity services.
- Conduct impactful presentations and product demonstrations, highlighting the technical and business advantages of the company’s solutions.
- Drive consistent growth by successfully managing the entire sales lifecycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
- Ensure timely and accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and monthly reporting to senior leadership.
- Mentor junior sales team members, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed for success in cybersecurity sales.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling cybersecurity solutions.
- Proven track record in closing high-value deals and meeting revenue targets consistently.
- Technical Knowledge- Strong understanding of cybersecurity services such as penetration testing, SOC setup, governance, risk, compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR), and other managed security services.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong technical acumen to understand complex cybersecurity solutions and articulate them to clients.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
