Job Title: Head of Marketing Operations (Nationwide)

Responsibilities:


Market Analysis:


Conduct comprehensive market research to discern emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive dynamics.


Collect pertinent data on audio system demand, pricing structures, and consumer behavior patterns.


Product Strategy:


Formulate strategic initiatives to optimize the positioning of our audio systems in the market.


Emphasize distinctive features, benefits, and competitive edges of our product range.


Lead Generation:


Devise and implement targeted lead generation campaigns.


Collaborate closely with sales teams to convert generated leads into valuable clientele.


Client Acquisition:


Identify prospective clients and nurture robust relationships with them.


Participate actively in industry gatherings, trade exhibitions, and professional conferences.


Content Development:


Create captivating marketing collateral (including brochures, presentations, and website content) focusing on audio systems.


Leverage digital platforms for the dissemination of marketing content.


Collaborative Endeavors:


Forge strong partnerships with product development units to synchronize marketing strategies with product launches.


Engage in seamless collaboration with sales, design, and technical departments.


Performance Assessment:


Monitor key marketing performance indicators such as ROI and conversion rates.


Furnish routine reports on marketing efficacy to senior management.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.


Proven track record in marketing, preferably within the audio systems domain. PROFESSIONAL AUDIO SYSTEMS / PA AUDIO / LINE ARRAY / AMPLIFIERS


Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical proficiencies.


Proficiency in utilizing digital marketing tools and platforms.


Location: This position is based in KOLKATA
