Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Team Lead at ElitePRO Infra in Gurugram. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing and leading the real estate team, overseeing brokerage activities, ensuring effective communication with clients, and handling commercial real estate projects on-site.


Qualifications

  • Communication skills for effective client interactions
  • Experience in Brokerage and Commercial Real Estate
  • Team Management and Team Leadership skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong negotiation skills and market knowledge
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field


Responsibilities 

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of real estate agents
  • Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve results
  • Assist team members in closing deals and handling complex negotiations
  • Network and build relationships with clients, industry professionals, and partners
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and competitor activities
  • Ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction
  • Review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
  • Manage team schedules and ensure efficient workflow
