Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Graphic Designer/Video Editor located in Gurugram. We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer/Video Editor to join our dynamic team at a leading real estate firm. The ideal candidate will create compelling visuals and videos that resonate with our target audience, showcasing our projects and enhancing our brand presence.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design: Create high-quality brochures, social media creatives, advertisements, and banners for real estate campaigns.
- Video Editing: Produce and edit property walkthroughs, promotional videos, and event coverage.
- Brand Identity: Maintain and enhance the visual consistency of the brand across all platforms.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand project goals and craft effective visual storytelling.
- Animation: Design motion graphics for digital campaigns, if required.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated with industry design trends and implement them in campaigns.
- Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and raw footage.
Preferred Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong portfolio showcasing design and video editing work.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity and a passion for real estate branding and marketing.
Experience: 0-2 years in graphic design or video editing, preferably in real estate or related industries.
